Booking Requirements:

All workshops must be booked at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.

Refund Policy:

Refunds can be requested up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days in advance.

Rescheduling Policy:

If you need to postpone your workshop, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability.

Cancellation Due to Illness:

If you are unable to attend the workshop due to illness, please provide a valid medical certificate. We will offer a full refund or reschedule your workshop to a later date.

No-Show Policy:

Participants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Workshop Changes:

Sewcredible LLP reserves the right to make changes to the workshop schedule, content, or instructors. Participants will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

Liability:

Sewcredible LLP is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the workshop. Participants are advised to take care of their belongings and follow all safety instructions provided.

Personal Data Protection:

By booking a workshop, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
